Utahraptor roamed the lush environments of North America, especially in what we now call Utah. ๐ณ
During the Early Cretaceous period, Utah was warm with lots of vegetation. This
dinosaur likely lived in forests, near rivers, and in open plains. The land was filled with ferns, cycads, and conifers, perfect for hiding and hunting. Utahraptor thrived in these ecosystems alongside other dinosaurs, plants, and creatures. The fossils show us that they lived far before humans ever appeared, giving us a glimpse into a very different world!
