Synchronized
swimming has special rules to ensure fair competition! π
Each routine lasts around 2-4 minutes and must include specific elements like lifts, spins, and formations. Swimmers can perform solo, duets, or in teams of up to eight people! They must stay underwater for some moves, but judges watch closely to see how well they synchronize. π
Judges score on a scale from 0 to 10, based on execution, difficulty, and artistry! Swimmers must also wear matching costumes, often decorated with sparkles, to enhance the performance! β¨
