Training to be an Olympic swimmer is tough, but Michael loved it! π¦
He usually swam about 80,000 meters a
week, which is like swimming 50 miles! Phelps woke up around 5:30 AM every day to train. He practiced about 6 hours each day, mixing swimming and exercises. His coach, Bob Bowman, created different workouts to keep things fun and improve his skills. He also learned about diet, eating things like pasta, fruits, and lots of protein to stay strong. All that dedication helped him become an unbeatable champion! π₯
