Most governments have three main branches to share power! โจ
In the United States, these are the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. The
Executive branch, led by the President, enforces laws. The Legislative branch, made up of Congress, creates laws. Finally, the Judicial branch, which includes the Supreme Court, interprets laws and makes sure they are fair. This system of checks and balances helps prevent any one branch from getting too powerful. Other countries have similar branches but may use different names or structures! โ
